‘What a Mesh! The controversy around vaginal mesh & the litigation of these cases’
Mamta Gupta and Mark Slack will give a talk on 7 December on vaginal mesh going into the reasons as to its use along with the risks and benefits, the relevant guidance in the UK and the controversy with using this product. Mark and Mamta have worked together on previous vaginal mesh cases, will speak about litigating such cases along with the injuries that arise with mesh and the impact on claim value. There will be a Q&A session at the end to answer any questions.
