Tom is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Everlaw, and has extensive experience supporting both law firms and corporations using Everlaw for disclosure and investigations. In Tom’s work he often supports in-house teams and outside counsel on disclosure projects, and has seen first hand the the good, bad, and the ugly of collaboration between private practice and in-house.

 

Mollie Stoker, General Counsel and Company Secretary, Britvic

Mollie is the General Counsel and Company Secretary of Britvic Plc and is responsible for the legal and regulatory, company secretarial, estates and QSE teams across Britvic.
Mollie qualified at Slaughter and May and spent a number of years practising as a corporate lawyer in the City before making the move in-house and taking on executive level roles at Suntory Beverage and Food Europe (including as Director of Business Development for EMEA and General Counsel of their GB&I business unit), at DWF Group as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary when it was listed and latterly at Ocado Group as their Deputy General Counsel.
Mollie is also a trustee of Only a Pavement Away, a charity that helps the homeless into stability through employment in the hospitality sector.

Peter McCusker, Partner at Pinsent Masons

Peter is a partner in Pinsent Masons’ corporate group advising insurance and investment management clients, particularly in respect of M&A and the reorganisation and simplification of insurance groups.  With significant senior in-house experience as Group Deputy General Counsel at Royal London, Peter has spent more than a decade providing advice, guidance and support to life, pensions, and investment management businesses.  Peter was included in The Lawyer Hot 100 in 2024, and co-led the design and development of an award-winning legal operations model (Legal Operations Team of the Year, The Lawyer Awards 2020).
 Amy Brookbanks, Legal Operations Consultant, Addleshaw Goddard
Amy commenced her tenure at AG Consulting twelve months ago as a Legal Operations Consultant. She works with legal departments across a diverse array of sectors, helping them to optimise their operational frameworks and create efficiencies. This enables in-house lawyers to concentrate their resources on areas where they yield the greatest impact. A critical component of an effective legal operating model includes executing a strategy for when and how to engage external counsel and assessing their performance. As a solicitor who was in-house for 18 years, Amy brings a wealth of experience. Before joining AG Consulting, she was Head of Legal Operations at the Ocado Group, where she was instrumental in establishing their first legal operations function.
