Xenia runs her own international advisory and coaching business, Wickett Advisory. She has worked on both sides of the Atlantic in leaderships roles in the US White House (where she led on South Asia policy and helped set up homeland security after 9/11), running Harvard University’s preeminent international affairs research center, at Chatham House where she founded and ran the US programme and the Academy for Leadership, and Equinor (the Norwegian energy giant) where she led their geopolitics and integrity due diligence teams. She has also launched a peacebuilding foundation in Switzerland and sat on Equinor’s management team for global strategy and BD. She is a qualified executive coach with the ICF and has extensive media experience.
