Rachel leads the Legal, Compliance, Risk, Governance and MarComs functions in Europe. She also leads GLP’s Luxembourg team.

Rachel created the GLP Legal, Compliance and Governance Function when she joined in 2014 after 10 years at Herbert Smith Freehills. She is passionate about talent development and initiated GLP’s G-Academy talent development programme as well as GLP’s mentoring scheme.

Rachel holds a Master’s degree in Law from Oxford University.
