Greg is a partner in Dentons’ London office. He is a member of the Regulation & Investigations practice group, with a wealth of experience advising on financial services regulation, in particular regulatory permissions, cross-border licensing requirements, and all aspects of implementation, compliance, governance and oversight of new regulations such as MiFID and the Consumer Duty. He also draws on his prior in-house experience considering the application of Conduct of Business Rules, voluntary codes of practice and the Senior Managers and Certifications Regime on such things as Product Terms of Business, and Trading Floor Policies and Procedures, ensuring clear and transparent client-friendly documentation and financial promotions.
