Anna is Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at Elementis plc, a FTSE 250 global specialty chemicals group, where she has responsibility for legal, ethics and compliance, secretariat and sustainability. Anna trained and qualified at Allen & Overy LLP and subsequently worked as in-house counsel at Rolls-Royce plc, Johnson Matthey plc, Premier Foods plc and Kingfisher plc.
