Eversheds Ots & Co has advised Finnish media group Alma Media on its sale of news agency Baltic News Service (BNS) to Uudisvoog OÜ, a subsidiary of Koha Capital. The value of the sale was not disclosed. BNS operates in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Last year, the company’s turnover was €4.2m (£3.5m).
