Cure case postponed

Although he was expected to give judgment in the case in the on-going dispute among founder members of pop group The Cure by the end of last term, Mr Justice Chadwick did not manage to get round to it. Date for the judgement has been set for 16 September.

Systems Direct has launched Integrate, a database for transaction management and business information, aimed at lawyers. The Windows-based product has been developed in conjunction with a leading City firm.

Copitrak 2000

CITY firm Freshfields has introduced a photocopying charge system from Emos Information Systems. The Copitrak 2000 has been installed in 24 copiers in Freshfield’s London offices. The system can compute copying costs so that disbursements are calculated accurately. Each user has a code number to identify them to the system.
