Freshfields signs £16.5m lease on new 100 Bishopsgate headquarters

Update 15 Feb: Freshfields has finally confirmed that it has taken a lease on 100 Bishopsgate. The firm will occupy 255,000 sq ft (floors 20 to 32) of the 37-storey tower on a 20-year lease. At an average cost of £65 per sq ft for office space in the area, Freshfields is expected to pay £16.5m per annum for its new City headquarters.
