The former corporate lawyer for UK publishing company VNU Holding, Jane Gill, has been appointed as Channel 5 Broadcasting’s company secretary and head of business affairs. Before joining VNU Holding, Gill was head of legal services and secretary at International Family Entertainment. She has also worked for Mersey Television/Brookside Productions and New Media Age.
