Esin advises chick producer on stake sale to Nipponham

Japanese food conglomerate Nipponham has acquired shares in Turkey’s largest broiler chick producer, Ege-Tav. A team of lawyers from Esin Attorney Partnership, a member firm of Baker & McKenzie International, advised Ege-Tav on the sale of 60% of its shares to Nipponham. The deal closed on April 1.  It was led by M&A partner Eren Kursun.
