TGS successfully represents client in litigation regarding trademarks

Lawyers from Tark Grunte Sutkiene’s Riga office have successfully represented a client in a litigation regarding trademarks.  The firm ensured that the respondent changes its company name that was in breach with the trademark of the client of the law firm. The interests of the client were represented by  Nauris Grigals and Matiss Rostoks.
