King & Wood Mallesons European head of employment Nicola Kerr has left the firm’s London office for Brown Rudnick. Kerr, who joined legacy SJ Berwin as an associate in 1992, was promoted to the partnership four years later. She is set to become a partner in Brown Rudnick’s corporate group, advising employers and senior executives at hedge funds, private equity houses, broker-dealers and family offices.
