Bracewell & Giuliani name partner Rudolph Giuliani is to join Greenberg Traurig as global chair of its cyber- security and crisis management practice. He will also be senior adviser to executive chairman Richard Rosenbaum, and be joined at the firm by Bracewell partner Marc Mukasey. Giuliani founded the firm’s New York office in 2005 and was New York City mayor from 1994 to 2001.
