Conyers Dill & Pearman has provided Bermuda law advice to Kosmos Energy, a Bermuda company listed on the New York stock exchange over the amendment and restatement of its corporate revolving credit facility.

The amendment and restatement includes an increase in borrowing capacity to US$400m, up from $300m, extending the date of maturity by three years to November 2018, and lowering commitment fees to 30 per cent of the margin. Conyers advised on the original credit facility in July 2013.

Jason Piney of Conyers’ Bermuda office advised on this matter, working alongside Slaughter & May. Clifford Chance acted for the lenders.
