Today’s “Success Stories” case study features Kathy Atkinson, legal director at Kettle Foods, which was acquired by Valeo Foods 18 months ago and currently going through the integration process.

Going from a turnover of 90 million pounds a year to about 300 million meant the legal team of two needed to provide services to a much bigger business with no additional headcount resources.

In this video, Atkinson talks about her team’s self-service project, where the focus was on freeing up the time doing low-value work to  concentrate on more complex legal work.
